Since 1975, at BDRC, we’ve always been there to lend a helping hand to those who need it. And we still will be! With our new website, we’re evolving. So we thought it’d be fitting to also rename our programs – Assert4All and Green Pie. We’ve made these changes so our website is more informative, accessible, and easier to navigate. We re-named our programs to reflect our work, and our organisation as well as to improve our accessibility. In this post, we’ll introduce you to our new website pages and exciting website features.

New Barwon Disability Resource Council program names

Our new program names are Barwon Disability Advocacy and Barwon Disability Plan Management. You’ll find both programs on the Services page and within the Services tab of our home page menu under Disability Advocacy and Disability Plan Management. We offer Disability Advocacy to protect the rights of people with disabilities in the Barwon region. As a registered NDIS Plan Manager, we offer our Disability Plan Management to assist individuals in managing their plan to fund disability services and supports.

On our Disability Advocacy webpage, you’ll see our services as well as our support and advocacy. We ensure that you achieve the outcomes you want as we improve your circumstances and help you live life to the fullest. On this page, you’ll see a list of the assistance we provide, from attending meetings with you to dealing with family and knowing your rights. If you care for someone you can refer them for Disability Advocacy directly via the web page. We have an online form linked to make the referral process simple for all website visitors.

BDRC new website features

We’ve included some exciting new website features to make your experience with us even better. One of those features is the Services tab, which you’ll find in our website menu.

When you click on the Services tab you’ll find a variety of helpful pages in addition to our services. You’ll find a range of helpful forms. Whether you’re a new client or an existing one, these forms can help streamline your interactions with us and ensure that we’re meeting your needs in the best way possible.

On our new website, you’ll find information about BDRC, our team, and our partnerships and affiliations. We’re proud of the work we do at BDRC, and we’re excited to share more about our organisation with you.
